Wing School.  She received her MS from Simmons College in Boston, and worked at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution afterward.  Interest in town and family history prompted her to serve on the Sandwich Historical Commission and work at the Sandwich Town Archives and Historical Center in the 1980's.  In June of 1987, she became the Town Archivist.  Barbara Gill
She is married to Clyde S.
